Chaining the Norm.

We want to change the norm that inner-city kids are at a disadvantage because of hardship, lack of love, and circumstances. Our program provides structure, tough love, and efficiency to shape these young men to great people. 

Lack of Guidance & Mentorship - The program before didn't provide clear guidance to students that will not only help them on the field but off the field as well. 

Academics - Players aren't provided extra services such as tutoring, college academic prep specifically for athletes. There is nothing in the program that makes sure players are receiving help especially since their schedule are much more different than a general student.

Environmental Factors - A lot of time players are not exposed to a positive environment. Often times they are stuck seeing other people in their town making negative decisions for example with drugs, violence, etc. There is nothing in the program that helps players understand that they can help their community be better while at the same time growing to become a better individual.
